这里的this指的是类的当前对象,
当前对象的锁

建议先把this这个关键字搞清楚
再看同步就容易很多了
this简单来讲就是指向当前对象的一个引用
可以理解为对象内部的一个指向自身的引用变量
synchronized(this)也就是同步当前对象
