就我所知道的给你说一下
在java.applet.Applet类之中有一个getDecoumentBase( );方法，该方法的返值就是你的当前目录的URL

如果知道参数名，
String str = request.getParameter(参名);

如果要获得当前链接所有的参数：
String str = request.getQueryString();
