本人学习过两年的java，但是工作上的东西和java毫无关系，就此放下，觉得相当可惜。请问各位高手是否有什么方法能积累些用java的开发经验而且不耽误工作呢？

我觉得如果你愿意的话，自己在休息的时候，自己构思，多做一些Java项目，当碰到问题的时候可以到这个论坛里面提问，找大家来帮你解决，这样也会增加你的编程经验阿：）

Easy! Join a opensource project you like. Do something for the community and yourself.

At the beginning, you only can read on the mailing list, however, as long as you stay put, you will finally become a contributor!!!

我也是想参与做些小的项目，但是有那种实战的吗？所谓有压力才能有动力嘛。不参与那些真实的项目，我想永远都不会提高！是不是？

Tomcat, ANT, J-xalan. etc. are not 小的项目!!!!!!!

If you can become a major contributor of one of them, you can find a job anywhere on earth!!!!!

本人刚开始学习java，语法已经觉得可以，就是写不出有功能的代码，想看看开源项目的代码，但是看的时候就一个叫晕。看的是struts，觉得效果很不好，不知道如何是好？
请各位大侠指点，谢谢！！

可以先看看人家的邮件列表，先了解项目，熟悉项目，然后看看存在的bug，尝试自己去修补，去提供patch，慢慢你就加入了。没有什么一下子就加入的，除非你是某个技术的顶尖高手，那么人家会来拉你的。open source 的Project可不是那么好混得，没有一定的技术积累，韧性。很难。如果成功的进入了一个项目组，那么对你非常有帮助。
