可以选择,但不建议从事.毕竟这是体力活.很费脑的.你不怕老的快,没人愿意娶你么. 男式从事这个,为了赚钱,没办法.是一个向往又畏惧的职业呀!没怎么干,就想好自己的将来了.谨慎选择.!!!!!!!!!!!

其实我挺赞成女性搞软件开发的,但我们老师说,搞开发很累,经常加班,对身体不好.
我们有个老师就是觉得太累才来教书的.而且还是个男的.所以,还是谨慎的考虑一下.

晕,我还以为自己不会参加这样的讨论,还以为人老了对这样的话题不感兴趣了,看了看前面的帖子,居然发现自己的贴还是比较靠前的,还好,心态还年轻.
为了继续保持年轻接着跟帖.
工作这么长时间,碰见两个让我佩服的女性,一位是我的导师(我一直到现在都认为她是一个比较完美的IT人),技术好,热心帮助新人,更会把团队建立的非常融洽,让大家愿意努力把项目做好,在她身上学到很多,要会工作更要会做人;另一位是一位清华毕业的JJ,是她让我对中国的名校重新建立了信心,做事情非常认真,她的技术应该说不好,甚至可以说很一般,但是她做事情有决心,一丝不苟,她负责的事情从来都是非常准时保质的完成,在她手下做事情我最大的改变是认识到在这一行中需要极其严谨的态度,对每一行代码都要用心,对你不懂的不熟悉东西深入下去.我本来是个大大咧咧的性格,分给我的模块,coding完成,基本功能实现,OK,我就认为差不多了,可是直到有一天周六,她电话叫我到公司,从下午2点到晚上9点和我一起解决问题,在其中她表现出来的思维严密让我非常佩服,对工作的认真负责更是让我五体投地.也让我深刻的反思自己,我们在热心各种新技术的学习研究时,自以为对struts,spring等东西了解熟悉,自以为已经是高手的时候,却发现自己却缺少成为真正高手的品质:认真,严谨,踏实.IT这一行是一个抢眼球的行业,一个东西包装以后以一个非常酷的概念推出后(比如现在火的不行的IOC和即将火的不行的AJAX,大概是这么拼写的吧^_^)大家就蜂拥而去,却往往忘记真正的内在修为.所以我现在很少以熟悉精通某种技术来判断一个人是否是高手.
是否适合一个行业,和性别无关,还是老米头说的好"态度决定一切",如果你能有严谨,踏实,深入研究的态度,那么就进入IT这一行吧(拥护这些性格的人,估计做什么都可以).但如果只是冲着IT工资高,好找工作就来做这一行,那么你可能会为当初你的选择后悔,IT这一行需要你付出很多,不断的学习,工作上巨大的压力,各种不同的客户以及他们带来的不停变化的需求,在规定的时间完成规定的任务......,这些都会让你很头大.这里顺便说说测试,看到前面有不少坛子里的XDJM说女生做测试的多,好像测试这种工作比较好"混",认为测试技术含量低,大错特错.我以前也一直重研发,轻测试,现在才发现我们研发只是完成功能,测试却是帮助我们完善功能.如果没有测试,把研发人员开发的东西直接给客户使用,敢想像这样的情景吗?只是现在国内的情况,让不少人能混迹于测试工作,从一方面更降低了测试的地位.一开始就定位去做测试工作的MM,可以先问问自己,选择测试是因为你喜欢这种职位,还是要逃避研发?后者的话,我的意见是还是别做IT了,其实测试并不好混,"不好混"这样说这是建立在你想把测试做好的基础上.
BTW:gongshi是一位非常好的版主,可能有时候显的严厉了一些,但是做事我们的确需要这样的态度.不知道对人上gongshi是什么样的态度?人至察则无徒哦,gongshiSmile
BTW:到现在为止,我的男性荷尔蒙分泌正常,大家不必关心我的性别了.
BTW:工作也有几年了,一直想写写自己从业一来的一些想法,象外包,IT人,软件企业这些我都想说说自己的看法,只是现在产品要升级工作比较多,周末又奉献给我亲爱的MM,晚上的时间又奉献给电视和学习,希望过年能完成自己的这个愿望.

我就是女孩子搞开发啊!我也是刚毕业半年,我觉得每天对着电脑实在是很痛苦啊!而且楼上说的有道理,女孩子做开发是没有什么前途的.估计做个几年就会转行吧!

If you feel 很痛苦, you chose a wrong career for yourself!

我是软件工程专业的学生，我们班３２个同学就４个女生．不过这不能说明什么．女生做事情比较细致．作软件不仅需要一个很好的开发思路，有很多地放都需要细致到工作．我个人认为开发软件是男女应该都参加的工程，是男生和女生智慧的结晶．
　　　也许我们软件开发的日常工作中，女生参与的少．但并不代表女生不能做这种工作！！
　　　也许我说的不对，还请各位学长原谅！！！: )

确实没怎么见过女孩子做程序员, 这行目前太苦了, 体力脑力都透支, 没有几个女的能承受的了的.

虽然我是新来的，但对于这个，我还是想给出我的看法！我对你们有些看法并不同意，什么电脑对皮肤不好呀！其实都是次要的。最重要的是男人跟女人的思维方式不一样，不过也排除有些不一样的女同胞哦！

Who gave you rights to declear other's posts are 100% garbage?

Come on, this is a technology forum, different people may have different opinions. Some of us may be just kidding around, hey, no hard feeling please.

As a matter of fact, guys are dominating players in software engineering. Girls are certainly welcomed to take part in this community and give their contributions.
