think in java 2th 我看了六章就有一点看不下去了，真的有一点不知道所言，有好多东西 自己根本就不知道，我想还是要有更基础的书看一下会更好啊，不过think in java 还是一定要看的， 这是进级的一本最好的书之一。

不过不要买那本《java程序设计基础》这本书暂时太多错误了

如果一本书一看就懂， 那么看了也是白看。因为你已经懂了。
任何东西都有一个过程， 看一次不懂就看多几次。
think in java这本书应该采取的态度是：温故而知新

初学的话清华的黄色封面的《java实用教程》不错的
我大二上这门课的时候就看这个，虽然有另一本教程（英文版的《java大学教程》），等你入门了就可以看《TIJ》《CJ》了
这个入门的概念很模糊
自己把握吧：）

本人觉得不必太在意那本书，新手应该看一本比较溥一点的书，把JAVA技术给大致了解后再去看《THINK IN JAVA》，这本书不错，我现在也在看。

Javaever 我狂顶，说得太经典了，不要在选书上下很多共功夫，sun自己的教材就很经典，但要配合大量实例来学习，SCJP的教材+经典实例 就好了。

还有要摆正心态，学开发要心如止水，来不得半点虚假，脚踏实地。

个人觉得Thinking in java不错啊，主要他里边的方法和思想，对于一个初学者来说，是很重要的

对了，我自己买的是Deitel兄弟写的Java How to Program，共有两册，一本基本教程，一本高级教程，感觉不错，就是贵了点，两本加起来200左右，3000页~~~ 他的课后练习和设计方法都非常不错，个人觉得是本初学者的好书

随便找本JAVA入门之类的书看就可以了，等到入门之后自己就对书的好坏有感觉了
我是学过C/C++，是看清华大学的，JAVA简明教程。看起来很容易，上手容易。
建议到图书管多找几本书，然后每本看几页，再选本。。。。。。

有没有一本实践性很强的java入门书啊？感觉学习java要多写代码，只是看书很容易忘掉的！那里有源代码可以用来学习的？

Thinking in java 的确是本好书,应该好好看一遍,
最好是英文版的
