在浏览器中安装一个插件，adobe的。adobe的网站上可以下载。
但我还是想有无办法将UML图粘贴到word中去呢？

这个兄弟你为什么不换个思维去考虑呢？
何不用抓图工具？ 网上到处都有还是免费的（建议）

有时图片很大，截屏不方便。
论坛上似乎也有兄弟用特殊截屏工具抓过比较大的图片，但效果不好

或许可以用工具把svg转成位图
http://xml.apache.org/batik/ 是个开源Java项目，SVG的工具包
或许可以直接用它把渲染出来的图片保存起来
